We are not General Contractors, and we’re not Architects either. But we are professional Project Leadership and Interior Design savants with a true passion for the process and the possibilities when creating superlative luxury homes.
We act as Owner’s Representatives at all stages of the design, approval and build process through furniture selection and landscaping. Our Clients are spared full-time involvement, yet are assured that we are tirelessly working to oversee the project with the sole function of protecting their interests. We also bring a great big helping of energy, enthusiasm, taste, know-how and creativity to boot.
MASTERFUL PROJECT LEADERSHIP
Gardner Group creates the timeline and budget for your project, and is ultimately responsible for the project complying with both.
These days the scope of projects we see in most Park City luxury homes require coordination at a level above the General Contractor to ensure the best results. We oversee the work of the General Contractor and all the other professionals involved, a cast of hundreds, making sure they get the attention they need to overcome obstacles and get everything just right.
Gardner Group is responsible for the selection of materials and finishes for both the interior and exterior of the home. Our Client’s involvement can be as much or as little as they desire. We put together “selection boards” for each room and present them for approval, or we can all head to Salt Lake City (or further afield) to pick each selection one by one. The process is very personalized; what works for one Client doesn’t always work for others.
Our aim is to create the home you want, not the one we want, and we have the talent and versatility for all styles from Traditional to Transitional to Contemporary. Of course, part of our service is to help you decide what your desired style might be.

Project Leadership
Murray was in love the moment he laid eyes on Park City in 1985, and he bought a condo the second day he was in town. It took him until 2005 to move here for good. When he’s not spending 8 hours a day on the construction site, you may still catch him piloting the occasional trans-Pacific commercial jumbo jet to exotic locales.

Interior Design
Thanks to Murray for wooing the lovely Felicity while they each resided in Hong Kong, eventually bringing her giant-size interior design talent halfway around world to our little town of Park City. With Felicity at the helm of your look, you’re in for a treat. When not planning design revelations, Felicity is a happy mum to two brilliant Gardner youngsters.
